Film submissions were terrific for the 2009 season. Some films featured wonderful new talent in the cast, others used known celebrities. Compelling stories were presented through fact and fiction.
Spunk, passion, and filmmaker skill resulted in well crafted films being seen by distributors. Over 40 filmmakers, domestic and international, attended the 2009 festival to present their films. Several films from the season have secured distribution deals.
The Eugene International Film Festival is at the center of all that is good about Oregon. The EIFF is one of the best destination film festivals in America.
Check out "Berkeley," "The Garage," "American Meth," and "The Inner Circle." These films were acquired for distribution at the EIFF festival and are available at video stores nationwide.
