While EIFF did not show films during 2019, we still hosted events and supported filmmakers in the community.

Eugene International Film Festival
Airport Exhibit
The exhibit featured an overview of films and filmmakers with ties to the EIFF and the arts that go into making a motion picture. Over 300,000 passengers passed by the exhibit while it was on display in 2019.
The following books from the airport exhibit were for sale in the airport gift shop. Each of the authors has participated in the Eugene International Film Festival Screenwriters Retreat.

One of the authors featured at the airport exhibit also had a book signing party for “Echoes from the Set” at Tsunami Books of Eugene, OR.

EIFF hosted a book signing part at Thinking Tree Spirits in Eugene, OR
Hollywood actor DeWayne Jessie attended the book signing party at Thinking Tree Spirits. Jessie appeared in “Animal House” as Otis Day of Otis Day and the Knights performing “Shout.”
