The Register-Guard honored Amie Hussey with a “Volunteer Spotlight” in the July 31, 2016 edition of the newspaper for her “Arts & Culture” service to the community as Event Liaison for the Eugene International Film Festival.
She coordinates logistics with special event partners; schedules monthly meetings; attracts and retains volunteers from within the community. Her social and management skills make the year-round festival programs possible. Amie has been with the festival since 2008.
